We were delighted to help P5 pupils at Dunbarney Primary School with their ShelterBox project. The class gave a great presentation to the school and to their parents, about natural disasters and how ShelterBoxes can help. They will be following this up with fundraising activities.
Following our musical evening earlier in the year, President Michael presented £500 to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) representative, Gordon Murch.
He was joined by Vice President Gail and fellow Rotarians in presenting £500 to Alzheimer Scotland representative, Fiona Matthews.
We were delighted to celebrate 40 years of serving the community this year!
Our Club’s 40th Anniversary Dinner took place at the Royal George Hotel. The event brought together 36 Rotarians, partners and guests together for an evening of entertainment and memories from over the years.
President Michael and Vice President Gail were joined by founding President Donald McDonald and one of our founding members Graham Harding to cut the anniversary cake.
